New Roots


The start of a new year is one of my favorite times of the year. It's a cultural reset. You may or may not make resolutions or goals. You may have traditions and superstitions about moving into the new year. But we all have a way of marking the passage of time.


This new year I want to focus on growing my roots. The seeds I've planted in the years before are finally growing and reaching new depths.


I encourage my clients and subscribers to use this time to ground yourself into the proverbial soil. You don’t need a journal. Just make a list. Who do you want to be in 2026? Then make one small pact with yourself to support that version of you.
